1 lb beef and pork forcemeat
1/3 lb cheese, grated
1 egg
3-4 sweet peppers, vary colors
1 onion
3 French bread slices
4 tbsp. coriander greens, chopped
3 tbsp. breadcrubms
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper ground
Directions:
Soak French bread in water (6 Tbsp), press water. Grind meat together with the soaked bread and onion, season with salt and pepper, add water, remained after soaking the bread, add egg and greens and stir he mass up.

Grease a baking pan, sprinkle with a half of the breadcrumbs and put a half of the meat mass. Put shredded sweet pepper, slices cheese and press the cheese into the meat. Put the remaining meat mass, sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs and place the pan in the oven. Bake over 360F for 45 minutes.

Cut the ready casserole into wedges, garnish with mashed potato and pickles.
