Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk, mix to make batter. Fry crepes on both sides until golden, greasing the skillet with butter.
To make filling, dice onion and bacon and sautee in butter, add flour and sautee for additional 5 minutes. Cool the mass slightly, add spices, stock and milk, simmer for 7 minutes. Add cream and ½ lb of the cheese, mix up and bring to a boil.
Put the mass on each crepe and roll the crepe up. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan in one layer, put butter pieces over the rolls, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes over 360F.
