Cut flour with chilled butter until crumbly texture, add 3 Tbsp of water with salt and knead dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
To make filling, dice bacon, cheese and bell pepper, add greens, eggs, beaten up with sour cream, salt and pepper, stir up.
Roll the dough out and put in a greased baking pan, shape rims, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and put the filling.
Bake the pie over 420F for 40 minutes until golden crust.
