Cut flour with butter until crumbly texture, add salt, sour cream and knead dough. Knead until the dough easily comes out the bowl’s sides. Shape a ball of the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll the chilled dough into round=shaped sheet on a dusted board and transfer on a greased baking sheet, using the rolling pin.
Combine cheese with flour and sprinkle the dough with this mix. Beat up egg yolks with cream, salt and pepper. Cover the pie with the mix and bake in the oven over 390F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat and bake over 280F, until golden crust.
