Cut cool boiled beef into chunks, add cucumber slices, apricot slices, chopped onion, sesame seeds and 1 tablespoon of chopped dill.
Prepare ½ cup of broth (reconstituted bouillon cube is possible), cool the broth, add with crushed garlic, soy sauce, mustard, oil and vinegar, add sugar, stir the mix up.
Cover the meat mix with the prepared marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours.
When serving, garnish the appetizer with sweet pepper slices, sprinkle with dill and nuts.
