2 1/5 lb. potatos
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. dill greens chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg crushed
1/2 cup olive oil
salt to taste
Decoration:
vegetables, dill
Directions:
Slice the potato thinly. Whisk eggs together with sour cream, chopped greens, nutmeg, pepper and salt.

Fry the potato in olive oil in a deep fry pan until soft, then cover with the egg mixture and bake in the oven.

Cut the bake into portions before serving and garnish with fresh vegetables and greens.
