Peel the melon, cut into thin slices, halve the strawberries.
Soak gelatin in a dollop of cool boiled water. Boil the remaining water adding with sugar, cool down to 100F, add the soaked gelatin, bring to boil and ad liqueur.
In a mold pour the jelly mix in thin layer, refrigerate until set. Then put in layers strawberries, melon slices and pour the remaining jelly mix, refrigerate until completely set.
Before serving, plunge the mold in hot water for several seconds and turn the dessert on a plate.
