Cut zucchinis into circles. Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin and dice the pulp.
Separately scald the green beans, zucchinis and coarsely cut spinach, cool and combine, add diced brynza, tomatoes, greens, dress with salt and pepper.
Whisk eggs with cream,add cheese, minced garlic and salt.
In a greased baking pan put the vegetable mix, cover with the egg mix, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 35 minutes over 400F.
