1 boiled beet 3 boiled potatoes 4/9 lb. tinned kidney beans 4/9 lb. pickled mushrooms 2 pickled cucumbers Sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice mustard, salt to taste Decoration: boiled carrot, lemon, parsley greens | Directions: Dice the beet and potato, mix with beans.
To make sauce, mix mayonnaise with mustard, salt and lemon juice.
Slice mushrooms and cucumbers, mix with the prepared vegetables, cover with the sauce and stir up.
