Knead dough of kefir, eggs, salt, baking soda and flour, divide into 4 parts. Roll out each part into thin crust.
Grate the cheese, add butter, eggs and blend to make homogeneous mass.
Put a crust on a greased baking tray, spread with the cheese mass ¼ inch thick, put the other crusts, spreading the same way, leave the last layer of the cheese mass uncovered. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cut the ready pie into portioned pieces and serve.
