2 cups wheat flour 2/7 lb. honey 1/2 cup sugar 5 tbsp. butter 5 eggs 1 tsp. 3% vinegar cinnamon ground, salt, vanilline to taste Decoration: powdered sugar | Directions: Mix eggs with honey, butter, sugar and salt, then beat up the mix until homogeneous mass. Add vinegar, vanillin, cinnamon, add flour and knead dough. Put the dough in a greased baking mold and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes over 400F.
Cool the ready cake, remove from the baking mold and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. |
