Products Needed:
18 oz. chicken 5 cloves garlic 2 tbsp. melted butter 1/2 cup tomato juice saltand ground black pepper

Directions: Cut chicken into portion size pieces, chop slightly, salt and pepper, rub with crushed garlic, cover and set marinate for an hour.
Fry under the press in the frying pan. Combine tomato juice with garlic, greens and pepper, and drizzle the chicken with the sauce. Submitted by Anya.
