Products Needed:
1 *bullion cube
4 oz. cauliflower
4 oz. broccoli
2 oz. leek
2 oz. carrot
18 oz. beef
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:

Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Peel and dice onion. Peel and cut carrot into narrow stripes. Dissolve cube in 1/2 cup of water. Stew vegetables with the half of vegetable oil and broth until ready.

Cut beef into portion size pieces and chop a little. Spread the center of beef with vegetable forcemeat, sprinkle with grated cheese and fold, fixing with a thread. Drizzle with the remaining vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 220 °С for 20 minutes
