Peel and crush garlic. Rinse and stem tomatoes. Cut spring onions into rings, and slice mozzarella and tomatoes.
Preheat the oven to 356 °F (180 °C). Smear bread with butter, sprinkle with garlic, place mozzarella and tomato slices, onion rings. Grease the baking sheet, place sandwiches on it and bake for 10 minutes.
