1 3/4 lb. pink salmon
1 onion
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 bun
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 clove garlic
4 oz. bacon
1 bunch basil
1 cup white wine
2 stems leek
4 tbsp. butter
11 oz. field mushrooms
4 tomatoeses
ground black ground pepper
Directions:
Rinse fish and discard backbone. Crumb roll and fry in olive oil. Chop onion and garlic and fry together with roll. Add cottage cheese and the crushed basil. Preheat up the oven to 200 °С.

Slice bacon thinly. Fill the fish with cottage cheese and wrap with bacon. Fry in the oven for 30 minutes. In 15 minutes, stir in wine.

Slice mushrooms, onion and tomatoes and fry in oil. Boil the liquid remained from frying, add butter, season with salt and pepper. Serve the fish with the sauce and mushrooms.
