Polish Cuisine

Polish dishes are rather rich and are noted for their sourly savor. Polishes prefer roasted meat to boiled one. Characteristic Polish dish is chernina — that is soup with goose blood with dumplings and dried fruits. Other peculiar dishes are flyachki (triples) and makovniks.
