Germans are known gourmands. German cuisine is featured for wide use of vegetables, pork, poultry, game, veal, beef and fish. They like various sandwiches and snacks, divers sausages, especially with served to their famous beer. Many salads and snacks are often served in tartlets, the use of spices is moderate. Traditionally and commonly Germans cook various bouillons and soups, much meat goes for the main courses, for desserts they choose fruit salads, ice cream, mousse and jelly.
