
European Cuisine
European Cuisine is not uniform. It includes such a great variety of unique local cuisines, and it is sometimes hard to guess their geographical neighborhood. Modern European Cuisine tends to mix various local cuisines and refines this mixture to show most outstanding dishes in its menu. The main feature of European Cuisine is abundance of vegetables and sauces. They use less spices than East Cuisine does and sometimes European dishes are considered to be more delicate and health-giving.
