
Turkman cuisine
Turkman cuisine is traditionally represented by meat (mutton, veal, beef and camel), breads, beans (kidney beans, peas), rice, tomatoes. Meat is mostly boiled or fried followed by stewing. For garnish they use much greens, onion, herbs, spices. Being influenced by other national cuisines Turkman cuisine assimilated potato, pasta and confectionary. Camel milk goes for making remarkable national drink, but the most beloved drink is tea.
