Products Needed:
7/8 lb. macaroni 2/9 lb. smoked gammon 4 tbsp. butter Sauce: 2 tbsp. cognac 1 cup cream 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 bulb onion 1 apples 1 tsp. wheat flour black pepper ground, salt

Directions: Peel apple, cut into dices. Chop onion, mix with flour, fry in a part of butter, then add apple, cover with a lid and stew until softens. Pour cognac, cook down, add cream, cheese and stir up.
Cook macaroni in a large amount of salted water, cast in a colander, when water drains, stir with prepared sauce.
Cut gammon into cubes, fry in the remaining butter until crisp.
Put macaroni with the sauce on a platter and season with gammon cubes.
