Spanish cuisine is a sophisticated mixture of European and Arabic traditions. Spanish dishes are believed to be among hottest dishes in Europe. Real national proud of Spaniards is paella, a rich dish made of rice, chicken and various seafood. Alongside with France and Italy Spain is one of the greatest world wine suppliers.
