General Terms
Recipes subjected to taking part in Recipe Contest should be original enough, should be correct in the respect of products used and way of cooking, should be applicable in practically cooking and shouldn’t have analogs in Million menu database.
Only registered users can take part in the Recipe Contest. Fill in the form to register. The best recipe is selected by summing up of all votes for each recipe on the VOTE PAGE.
An author, registered on the site and showed his/her own contact information (phone and/or e-mail), therefore expresses his/her agreement to take part in the Recipe Contest in accordance with the conditions mentioned above. ARKAIM Publishing House undertakes the obligation not to disseminate the authors’ personal information to the third party or to other organizations.
Adding Recipes
You can add your recipes any time you want through the FORM FOR CONTRIBUTING RECIPES.
Then the recipes take part in the Recipe Contest after editors’ approval. Our editors have the right to decline some recipes to take part in the Recipe Contest. The reasons for such a decision may be the following:
- identical recipe already exists on the site,
- the recipe doesn’t correspond to the contest rights
- the recipe contains inadmissible text.
Each portion of recipes added during current week and approved by the editors become available for voting from the next Monday.
Voting
Winning recipe is defined by the score of points obtained during voting. The recipe accumulated the highest score of points during a week’s voting is acknowledged as a winner.
All the participants of the Recipe Contest get 1 point on their personal account for each recipe. Voting brings additional points according to number of votes. Recipe having got the highest score during voting becomes winner and gets 10 additional points.
Visitor of the site has the right to vote for recipes not more than once during every week.
Voting begins on Monday at 00.00 local time (GMT +5) and ends on Sunday at 23.59 (local time). At that time the results of the voting are summed up automatically and new set of recipes displays in the Recipe Contest of new week.
Results
Results of the contest become available on the CONTEST RESULTS page. The results of last 20 weeks (voting) are kept on the site.
Prizes
A participant of the Recipe Contest accumulated required number of points can exchange accumulated points for prize from ARKAIM Publishing House, in accordance with the cost of a prize in points. In this case the corresponding sum (in points) is withdrawn from a participant’s account. Prizes are shown below.
To exchange points for prizes a visitor should make request by e-mail million@ural.ltd.ru and indicate his/her coordinates.
We do not substitute prizes for money .
All operations with each personal account are recorded.
