It Is Useful to Take Red Wine with Meat
Scientists have noticed that the moderate use of red wine renders salutary effect on person and animals health. Nevertheless, they were borrowed with the mechanism of such influence. It is considered traditionally, that it is connected with polyphenols action — strong antioxidants which are a part of red wine, as of fruit and vegetables. Nevertheless, experience showed, that polyphenols are very badly absorbed in stomach and intestines.

To find out, what is the matter, Joseph Kanner and its colleagues from Israel Volcany Centre of Science have compared structure of stomachs of two groups of rodents, one of which fed with red meat, and the second — the same meat in a combination with wine. As it has appeared, addition of wine considerably reduced concentration of substances, rendering pernicious effect for cells. Besides polyphenols not only interfered with formation of citotoxines, and also blocked their absorption by intestines walls at their further movement in digestive path.

Miracle Fruit
At first sight, it is an ordinary red berry. Synsepalum dulcificum grows in the western Africa. But now it is named “miracle fruit” and «culinary elite» because of surprising ability to change sour taste of food into sweet. The berry contains glycoprotein which temporarily blocks ability of mouth to feel sour and bitter taste. It is enough to add in a dish the “miracle fruit» and lemons suddenly become sweet as lemonade and vinegar gets the taste of a chocolate dairy cocktail.

In New York and San Francisco recently have got popularity the parties where visitors chew “miracle fruit” or accept pills from dried Synsepalum dulcificum, and then eat the whole mountain of dishes with the changed taste. In the Great Britain, in the meantime, demand on “miracle fruit ” has grown up to such degree, that two main suppliers of the country warn clients, that it is necessary to wait some weeks.

Though the effect is not confirmed yet by scientists, manufacturers of the fruit speaks, that the patients who are passing a rate of chemotherapy likes the fruit because they help to reduce unpleasant metal aftertaste, arising after procedures.

Also there is an opinion that the miracle-fruit could serve as natural sugar alternative for diabetics.

Water-Melons Instead of Viagra
The matter is that, as well as in other fruits, there is a lot of nutrients — pigments, amino acids, proteins — in water-melon. Entering in reaction with enzymes of a human body, they stimulate or stop those or other processes of our organism. From already studied nutrients water-melon contains Beta-carotin and licopin; they strengthen immunity, well affect work of nervous and cardiovascular systems and protect from a cancer.

Besides that argnin treats and even prevents erectile dysfunction, it also strengthens cardiac muscle, immune system and helps to struggle with diabetes of the second type. Also consumption of this product assists urinogenital system, removes toxins from an organism, treats quinsy and lowers blood pressure.

Russians Prefer Traditional Products to Substitutes Ones
Research holding “Romir” has lead interrogation of Russia inhabitants which was spent by a method of the formalized interview of 1563 respondents from 18 years and elder on all territory of Russia. During interrogation the knowledge of respondents of acid-dairy products on the vegetative basis, which are the substitutes of usual milk, about their consumption now and intention to buy such products in the further were found out.

It was found that the most known product on a vegetative basis is mayonnaise — it was named with two thirds of respondents, every second knows about existence of soya milk. Further goes soya cottage cheese, hearty and drinking yoghurts.

Despite of knowledge of products on a vegetative basis, respondents do not hasten to buy them instead of usual products. So, only every third, knowing about existence of lenten mayonnaise, buys it. Only every fifth buys yoghurt on a vegetative basis.

Hearty Breakfast Helps to Grow Thin
For a long time it is known, that the breakfast is the most important meal of a day.

At last endocrinologists have proved that the nutritious breakfast not only gives forces and vivacity, but also helps to grow thin.

The Latin American researchers have observed how the day time diet has influenced weight of 100 rather fat young women. All of them have ate low-calorie and low-carbohydrate diet, but half of women had hearty breakfast and a half of their day time diet in 1240 calories they ate in the morning.

So, after 8 months it has been noticed, that the women consumed light breakfasts have lost on the average 12,5 kg, it is approximately on 2,5 kg more, than the participants eaten much. But such state of affairs has soon changed. In 8 months fairly grown thin girls who have got used by a light breakfast again have collected about 8 kg. And the ladies who had hearty breakfast, on the contrary, have continued to grow thin, having lost 7-9 kg.
