Products Needed:
7/8 lb. noodles 3 sweet peppers 2 oz. spring onion 2 tbsp. olive oil black pepper ground, salt to taste

Directions: Cook noodles in salted water, cast in a colander.
Shred pepper, cut spring onion into stripes, mix, fry in oil.
Mix prepared vegetables with the noodles, stir up.
When serving, top the dish with greens.
