Bosnia’s cuisine

Bosnia’s cuisine preserved Turkic traditions, so it smells mutton fat out of their kitchens. Eastern origin of the cuisine made shashlik, lonas (cabbage wraps), baklava (Turkish sweets) and burek (flacky pie with meat and rice) Bosnia’s traditional dishes.
