French Cuisine

In France cookery is real art. There are differences between local cuisines, the farer to the South — the more spices. Alsace cuisine is famous for vegetable dishes, closer to the sea they use much fish and seafood. Unlike in other regions French cooks use less dairy products, with the exception of the king cheese being famous all over the world. French cuisine also leaves prime parts on the stage to sauces, soups and divers splendid desserts. Very special place belongs to remarcable French wine.
