
Estonian cuisine
In general Estonian cuisine is abundant of fish, meat and dairy product foods. One of the peculiarities of Estonian cuisine is limited use of spices, sauces and vegetable oil. National feature are “blood dishes” such as blood sausage, blood dumplings and blood bread.
Vegetable and cereal dishes are also popular, Estonian cooks are real masters of making various confectionary. Among drinks real star is coffee served with milk or lemon.
