Ukrainian Cuisine

Like many Slavic Cuisines Ukrainian Cuisine is abundant of various breads and pies. The other focus are vegetables, especially beets. Among meats thy prefer pork. Real fancy is pork fat, even so as to become an essence of many jokes.
