1 lb. flesh beef
2/3 lb. canned pineapple
1 oz. spring onion
2/9 lb. pickled or fresh ginger
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup marinade
Directions:
Slice thinly beef, pour with marinate and leave for 30 minutes.

Slice pine-apples rings.

Cut spring onion.

Fry marinated meat in heated oil both sides for 1 minute. Add pine-apples, marinated ginger and fry for additional 2 minutes.

When serving, season meat with spring onion.
