6 bananas
4 tbsp. fruit syrup
2 tbsp. hazelnuts crushed
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 oz. chocolate
Directions:
Slice bananas, fry in oil. Add berry syrup, cook through for 2 minutes.
Grate chocolate.
When serving, arrange bananas on a platter, season with nuts and chocolate shaving.
