1 1/3 lb. shrimps
4 sweet peppers
4 tbsp. olive oil
Marinade:
1 cup lager beer
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dill greens chopped
black pepper ground, salt to taste
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the marinade.

Cut pepper into rings.

Put shrimps and pepper on wooden picks, pour with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

Fry shashliks in oil for 3 minutes from each side.

Garnish with simmered asparagus and salted dried crusts.
