Cut beef into cubes, fry in a part of butter.
Cut potatoes and cohlrabi into cubes. Slice onion and carrot, sautee in the remaining butter.
Mix the beef with prepared vegetables, sautéed tomato paste, salt, pepper, pour with beer and stew for 40 minutes.
When serving, put the beef with vegetables and the sauce from stewing on a platter, top with greens.
