1 salted cucumber
2 salted or marinated tomatoes
1 horse radish
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
Mix kale with sliced cucumber or tomatoes, add grated horseradish and dress all with oil.
When serving, top the salad with parsley chervil bunches.
