Bathe mushrooms, soak them in cold water for 3 hours, then cook in the same water.
Mince chicken fillet with skin, mix with milk, salt and 3 eggs.
Shape cutlets, put stuffing in the center of each.
To prepare stuffing, mix butter with chopped mushrooms.
Tweak the cutlets edges, cover with flour, dip in whisked egg and cover with breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets in melted butter. Then cook through in oven or under a lid.
Serve the cutlets with potatoes, baked apples and green peas, top the dish with greens.
