2/3 lb wheat flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup milk
salt to taste
Directions:
Cream flour with butter, salt, sugar and yeast. Add warm milk and knead the dough. Heat it for 15 seconds under a lid at full power. Leave for 10 minutes. Repeat the operations 4-5 times, then put the dough in greased mold and heat for 15 seconds at full power, breaking for 10 minutes until the dough rises.

Heat an oven until 390°F and bake the bread until done (30-40 minutes).

Slice the bread and serve the tea.
