Mince shrimps together with bacon until homogeneous mass, add beaten egg white, chopped spring onion, ginger. Season with salt and pepper and stir.
Spread sesame seeds evenly on a plate. Spread each bread slice with the prepared shrimp mass, press it slightly with a knife, and press to sesame seeds with the spread side.
Fry the toasts in preheated vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes placing them on the frying pan spread side down.
Serve the ready toasts on lettuce leaves.
