1/2 lb (250 gm) chicken fillet 1 tbsp sesame oil 2/3 lb (300 gm) * frozen china vegetables 2 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp vodka salt, ground black peppercorn and ginger to taste dill greens | Directions: Cut chicken fillet into thin slices across strings.
Fry frozen vegetables in sesame oil, stirring constantly. Add fillet and fry for 10 minutes. Season with ginger, soy sauce and vodka. Bring to a boil, season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with greens when serving and side with boiled rice. |
