Whisk egg yolks with sugar. Whisk whites apart until thick froth. Mix yolks with sour cream, add condensed sweet milk, nuts and stir. Pour flour with soda, stir quickly, then add whisked whites. Divide the batter into two parts and bake the bases. To prepare the cream, whisk butter with condensed sweet milk.
Cut the bases along horizontally and interlay with prepared cream.
Cover the torte with white or dark chocolate shaving.
