– Cut the fish fillet in portions, salt, pepper, flour and sauté.
– Chop the cabbage into stripes and stew with the boiled mushrooms and chopped into stripes onions. Add the fried flour, grated apples and tomato paste. Season with the salt, sugar, pepper, vinegar and stir.
– Place the fish on cabbage and stew covered for 10-15 minutes.
– Garnish with the greens when serving.
