– Cut the carrots into small stripes and stew with oil and some water until ready, add the chopped spinach and stew for further 5 minutes.
– Chop the apples and figs, combine with the vegetables and 1 egg and mix.
– Sieve cottage cheese, mix with the semolina, sugar and raisins.
– Put the cottage cheese layer in a buttered baking form, then a layer of the fruit and vegetable mixture, repeat the layers (4 layers in all), even the surface, drizzle with the butter and bake.
– Serve with the sour cream.
