3 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup ground walnuts
½ cup chopped hazelnuts
1 tbsp butter
syrup
Directions:
- Beat the egg-whites to form thick foam, add powdered sugar and ground walnuts.

- Make croissants and place them on a buttered baking tray, bake at 200oF (100oC) for about 40 min.

– Spread the cooled croissants with any syrup and sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts.
