1/2 pound (250 gr) hard cheese (Swiss, Dutch)
0.4 pound (180 gr) butter
1 cup wheat wheat flour
1/2 cup beer
3 tbsp sour cream
2 eggs
salt to taste
Directions:
To make batter, mix sifting wheat flour with beer. Add sour cream and eggs stirred with salt. Leave the batter for 10-15 minutes.

Cut the hard cheese into 0.8 inch (2 sm) thick slices, dip them into the batter. Fry in butter till they become goldish.

Drain the fried cheese on paper towel. Serve for tea or coffee.
