1 1/5 lb (500 g) mushrooms 1 cup shredded walnuts 2-3 onions 1-2 cloves garlic 3 tbsp butter greens (coriander, dill, parsley) salt, ground pepper | Directions: Rinse mushrooms, boil, and slice. Filter the broth.
Cut onions into rings and sauté for 10 minutes; add mushrooms, and keep frying for another 5 minutes. Pour the broth in, and bring to a boil.
Mix nuts with chopped greenery, add some broth and crushed garlic; salt, pepper. Toss together with mushrooms, and serve. |
