12 eggs
2 tbsp butter
1 cup strawberry or raspberry jam
Directions:
Whip egg whites and yolks separate from each other until the foam is stable. Then fold in, and bake in butter on each side, until golden on the exterior.
Cut in halves. Spread jam over the lower half and cover it with the other one.
