Whip eggs, add water, flour, salt, and knead dough. Divide it into 8 pieces, one of them larger than the rest, shape rolls and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Roll them out thinly, place the larger one on the greased baking sheet so as to cover the entire surface, brush with some melted butter.
The remaining flat cakes put into the boiling water for 1-2 minutes, take out, pour them over with cold water and throw on the colander.
Grate cheese, blend with a cup of melted butter and sour cream.
Place 3 boiled cakes over the uncooked one, brushing with melted butter apiece. Top with 2 portions of cheese stuffing and another 3 boiled cakes brushed with butter, and the remaining stuffing. Turn the bottom cake edges up and cover with the last boiled cake. Cut into serving size pieces and bake it the oven over 390 °F (200 °C).
