Boil heart. Remove ureters from kidneys. Wash kidneys in cold water, dice kidneys and boiled heart into 2/3–1 oz (20-25) chunks. Wash liver. Peel onion. Cut liver and onion into stripes.
Fry sliced beef, liver, heart kidneys and onion in vegetable oil. Turn in a deep stewing pan. Add sliced potato, tomatoes, salt, ground pepper and bay leaf. Cover the lid and stew for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
Decorate ready meat with salted cucumbers and greens when serving.
