Make stuffing. Grate mutton fillet together with onion and potato. Add butter, salt, ground pepper and mix well.
Roll the paste
out into a layer 1/10 inch (3 mm) thick and cut it into squares 4x4 inch (10x10 cm). Put the stuffing on them and fold the corners together in form of an envelope with unstuck edges. Dock these edges together, stick so that you will have another 4 corners, stick them to each other. Steam the prepared won tons for 35-40 minutes.
Serve the dish with clear soup or sour cream. Garnish with dill greens.
