1 1/9 lb. fish
2/9 lb. boiled cabbage
2 oz. bread
3 tbsp. milk or water
2 tbsp. breadcrubms
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper ground
salt
1 cup tomato sauce
Directions:
Take fish fillet, slice. Soak bread in milk or water. Mince bread, kale and fillet slices. Add pepper, salt and stir well up.

Shape cutlets, cover with breadcrumbs and fry in oil until done.

Serve with potato puree, fried potatoes or crumbly rice, pour with tomato sauce.
