Salt steaks, pepper and fry in heated grease.
Fry onion rings in the same grease, add sugar, 2/3 of greens and cook through under a lid. Pour a part of stock, wine, the lager part of lemon juice, put steaks, mustard, bay leaf, paprika and stew under a lid over law heat until done.
Fry the remaining greens in butter, add a dollop of water, the remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper and stew.
Mix the remaining stock with dried flour, sour cream, cook through and filter.
Pour steaks with prepared sauce and cook through.
Serve steaks with stewed greens and the sauce. Garnish with macaroni or dumplings.
