Cut pork into cubes, cut sweet pepper into cubes, slice mushrooms.
Fry meat in oil for 5 minutes, remove from the frying pan, salt and pepper.
Fry sweet pepper in the remaining grease. Add meat, mushrooms, stock, zest, soy sauce, stew for 10 minutes and season with chopped marjoram.
Mash avocado pulp until puree, mix with onion dices, yogurt and red pepper.
Serve the pork hot. Serve prepared sauce apart.
